🚫 This course is NOT:
- A "magic" way to obtain a merit-based green card categories: there is not way to cheat the system (at least we are not in the business of helping with that!)
- A step by step guide into how to put together your own petition (we have dedicated courses for how to do that in each category: check out our EB-2 NIW course and our EB-1A course)
✅ This course is:
- A complete introduction to each of the major merit-based, self-petitioned green cards EB2 NIW and EB-1A. We will disect the requirements and what it takes to meet them.
- A good way to understand if you qualify: you can evaluate your own profile once you fully understand what these categories are about.
- An overview to profile building activities you can undertake to strengthen your credentials towards an EB1A or EB2-NIW green card (or O-1A / O-1B visas).
You probably already know us!
We are Oscar and Marina, from Oscar's Green Card, and we are not US immigration lawyers. You may have seen us on one of our YouTube channels, where we talk about green card categories where you can self petition. In addition to that, we manage a website focused on the EB2 NIW category and another one focused on the EB-1A category.
Now, we have prepared this course that will help you understand each of these categories, evaluate yourself against the requirements, and understand how to engage in profile-building activities.
What is included and methodology
This course will be available to you in perpetuity, as long as we offer it - you won't have to pay a subscription or extra money to extend membership down the line).
This course is imparted through pre-recorded video lessons, specifically:
- Six modules
- A total of 25 lessons
- Approximately 3 hours of videos that cannot be found anywhere else.
This course includes a $20 discount to our courses that teach how to put together an EB-2 NIW or an EB-1A petition, in case you want to transfer to one of those courses after you decide if you can qualify.
